Oh well, the deadline I gave Sky to respond to my complaint passed at midnight yesterday.
I had no letter sent to me, nor fax, nor email. Even though I specifically requested their response in writing I never even had a telephone call which I would have accepted if it was to just advise they were delayed in responding.
They now leave me with no other choice but to take legal action against them.
Some companies love doing things the hard way, don’t they?
